I have to give this score simply based on the length of time the repair took. I want to give this shop the benefit of the doubt but I was told it would probably be a 3 week repair but it ended up taking 6 weeks.

I tried not to call too much to check up on the car but as the time dragged on I called several times and got no answer. The person at the front desk was very cordial and professional. I understand that this business is very busy. After my second call in the first 3 weeks that wasn’t answered I reached out to my insurance company , State Farm, to see if they had received any kind of update. I told them(at 3 weeks) that I was waiting on an update but hadn’t received a call back from the shop. My insurance rep called Philip Thearle and was able to talk to someone who told her that they needed a tire to run the car through a diagnostic test. It took almost a week to get a tire.

Dawn is amazing! She is so kind, patient, and caring. She makes a world of a difference when you are already stressed due to a collision. I just wish I got more communication from my rep. A simple text with updates would meet this need to rate a 10
