Great service, only hiccup was getting correct taillights that took some time to get delivered and installed. Besides waiting for parts, I was happy with the repair work and appreciated coordination with my insurance to utilize OEM parts.

Car was being repaired and the time frame and costs doubled when insurance got involved. The car repair seems to be fine but the customer service was not very good. One person never knew what the other person was saying. So different stories based on who you spoke with. Picking up the car they were very rude and dropped off keys and never once spoke about the car. The steering wheel was dirty and they did not even bother to charge the car. Customer service needs to be better.
