I brought in my car and then had to pick it up to wait an additional 4 weeks for parts. When I picked up the car it was dirty as if it was sitting outside for days and the interior was covered with dust from the bodywork.

I would NEVER recommend this shop, just the opposite in fact. also at the end this very greedy shop wanted a 3% extra charge for me to pay my deductible using a credit card. The owner is a money hungry PIG!

My 3 month old Subaru was hit by a reckless driver, damaging the front bumper. I took her to Phil's and when I got her back you could not tell any damage had ever been done. She is as good as when I bought her off the truck. The team here was also great at communicating during the process and did not leave me waiting and wondering.
