They were super communicative. At every step of the way, they under-promised and over-delivered. They were incredibly fair and very open about set-backs and delays. I was extremely satisfied with the work that they did. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was returned to like-new condition. I especially appreciated how they went to bat for me with the insurance company. They did everything in their power to make sure the insurance company paid for everything that needed to be done. I'm very impressed with them and would recommend them to anyone needing body work. 10 out of 10! Hope I don't have to come back (because if I have to come back it means I was in another accident! HAHA!) But if I ever need a body shop again, they are first on my list!

Phil's Body Shop does outstanding work. I started using their company when I was 16 years old. I wrecked a number of my dad's vehicles and totaled out 5 cars. Not the best driving record as a 16 year old driver!!! But the workmanship at Phil's Body Shop is simply amazing at making vehicles look brand new again. I think they are the best vehicle repair company around in the State of Minnesota!!!!

Tried emailing pictures of my car, never got a response, my husband brought the car over for you to look at (end of day). He was told he would get a quote the next business day, which didn't happen. My husband had to call to get the quote. Besides that, everything was wonderful!!
