I am an old retired body man of 50 years And while I was out visiting my son, I managed to hit the front-end of his car. Being that I was not able to do the repairs myself. I went on the internet and started looking up body shops in the area. I found 6 reviews that looked interesting to me. So I proceeded to visit each one of them. I was looking for one that ran their operation as close to the way that I ran mine, a hand shake and my word. I read one of the reviews that impressed me the most. When I picked up my car, you could not tell where they had repaired it. So when I met Anthony and seen his shop, it reminded me of the way that I ran my shop back home. The accident was my fault so I was paying for it. We talked about when and how it was going to be repaired. I put him in touch with my son and I came me back home. It was done in the time frame, and they went above what we had discussed. I grew up in an era where a handshake in your word meant a lot. It's so nice to find someone today with those values. I not only thank Andrew, I thank all the skilled shope and office people that work for Phoxnix Collision, because without them this could not have been done. So Anthony, please thank them and let them read this too.

I had an exceptional experience here. I needed a rushed job, and they exceeded my expectations by delivering it ahead of schedule. They also provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. I won’t be going anywhere else in the future. Anthony and his team are truly the best in the business.

I took my teen's car ('24 Hyundai Elantra SEL) in due to some front end damage where she hit a bush and destroyed her bumper. PCC was one of four places I got quotes from but I chose them based on their communication style, willingness to get started and honestly just the warm personalities of the people I talked to there. I have ZERO regrets of this decision! They used dealer parts where necessary but also helped me save money on actual mechanical items they could fix without new parts. When we got the car back, it was in tip top shape AND they cleaned it (can't say I'm not a lil embarrassed by how dirty the interior was....teens...) to where it looked new again. While I hope to never have to use them again, I absolutely will if I have a future need. I highly recommend PCC to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle. Thanks for getting us back on the road, PCC!

I just cannot recommend a place that cannot communicate, and cuts corners to deliver, in the end you did what you said you would, align the car wheels, but that is safety after an accident, not a we did not charge you for what we said we would do.
