Phoenix Collision Center was the best choice for our major auto body repair on my vehicle. My car was estimated to need almost 20k worth of damages fixed and it was on a brand new 2025 Toyota Sienna! This was a job that would require an honest, trustworthy, and fair auto body shop that was willing to fight for us with the insurance companies, and they did just that. When insurance wanted to cut corners, Phoenix Collision Center pushed back and demanded that we receive all new OEM parts on our brand new vehicle. They even met with the adjuster to show them all of the parts in person. They called me 3x a week to give me updates, even if they were just waiting on a part. It took over a month to repair my car due to all the damage, waiting on parts, and insurance company delays. I could always rest easy knowing we were in good hands. Thank you so much again for getting our car back to how it was before our accident and offering a lifetime warranty on all the work that was done. Truly an A+ experience!

After seeing the job they did on the Highlander roof I'm hesitant I'm going back there for any more paint jobs

I did notice they didn't take any of the paint off of the black roof rails which Anthony said he would get some paint thinner and do that. I also noticed that they left paint on the moonroof glass which could have been taken off very easy with paint thinner along with the Rubber seal around it it still had pain all over it I would think if you're going to be doing the roof over you would probably take that extra 10 minutes and make the whole roof look like it's brand new again they didn't do that .I'm also hoping that they took the paint down to the bare metal since this obviously was a paint issue that Toyota had and they had a recall on it that the factory had a problem with the base coat that kept it peeling. I know I told them that there was an issue with the painter Toyota had. if they just painted over it then I'm glad they have a lifetime warranty on it, which by the way Anthony didn't know they had. Overall it looks like they didn't pay attention to detail on my Highlander like they did on the Cadillac.

I vetted the company before I went to them Anthony impressed me. So I went with them. Looks they did a good job on the vehicles. In fact the Highlander was even vacuumed on the inside which was a plus.
