The entire team at PCC is AMAZING!!! Our car is much more than a car to us, she is a member of our family. We were all devastated when she got hit (my 2yo especially). I explained the gravity of the situation to Anthony when I brought her in. He, Josh and Fabian have been nothing short of INCREDIBLE! She looks better than she did when we took her off the showroom floor and they've let me bring my 2yo to check on her progress throughout the whole repair process. I had 3 phone interactions before bringing the car in for an estimate. All were friendly, professional and welcoming. My experience with Anthony was excellent. He listened to me, made suggestions based on my needs and created an environment of trust and quality. Midway through the repair I received a pleasant and unexpected check-in call from Mackenzie, confirming the repair was on schedule. It was comforting to hear that all was well and there were no problems. I appreciate that very much as it eliminated any concerns I had. To sum up the customer service, every contact including the ride with Fabian, was professional and very friendly. It was very refreshing to receive this high level of customer service. Again, it exceeded my expectations.
