Bret was down to earth, friendly, and determined to complete the repair well at a reasonable price. He offered a ride somewhere if needed and informed us of rentals. The car looks great and was finished when promised. This situation can get stressful, but at Phoenix Collision it went very smoothly. I am keeping this number in my phone in case friends need this service.
