I absolutely loved Phoenix Collision. They communicated thoroughly and went over all details (repair was an auto insurance claim and they made it so easy). Any change, they called immediately, and informed me. They also had a text system that let me know the stages my car was in and if it was still on track to be ready. That alone gave me peace of mind. When I picked my car up, my interior and exterior was so CLEAN! More clean than what I left it. That was the cherry on top. So pleased and have already recommended friends and family to Phoenix.
