Rating is due to the customer service by Sam and the work done by the technicians! My vehicle looks great which is very important to me. A technician took the time to tuck my rear camera wires, without me asking. I really appreciate this. The technician went above and beyond what was expected. Sam and these technicians are why I would recommend this body shop and use it again, if I have to, (God forbid I have to).

Everybody at Picasso Auto Body went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. I was promised my car in one week, and I got it days less than that. I was given a quote for the price, and it was hundreds of dollars less than that. They could’ve easily left it the way it was I wouldn’t have known the difference. In other words, I feel that they had my best interest in mine. This is the third time I’ve worked with them and have felt the same way every time.
