Owning a Tesla, I know my choices are limited to shops that are Tesla certified. As noted, this is the second major repair for this vehicle in a little over a year. The comparison between the first shop and Picasso are really night and day. Picasso clearly have positive relationships with Tesla (Insurance and Parts) that our project benefited from and we are grateful for that. I will happily recommend to all Tesla owners going forward.

This is the second major repair we have had done to this Tesla Model 3, so we have something to compare against in terms of service experience. That difference is significant towards the positive in every measure.

There are three things important towards customer service in my opinion: Setting expectations; Clear communications from start to finish;; and most importantly meeting expectations set. Picasso exceeded in each of these areas. Arman consistently followed up and every milestone and Shan provided a high level of confidence by providing clear understanding of workscope at the start and throughout the repair process. A very good team indeed.
