I can’t say enough good stuff about this company and their estimator Matt. They will return your vehicle in equivalent to new condition. They have Done four or five jobs for me and every one of them was fault free They don’t offer screwy discounts or waive the deductible but they do perfect work. I will never again go near a corporate multi-store body shop.

The amazing professionalism begins the minute you walk in the door and are greeted by Miss Brittney until you are called to pick up your vehicle. The care and detail in their works is unmatched. They go the extra mile to make sure all of the issues are covered. If it takes an extra day or two so be it. When we picked up our car it seemed to be brand new. Not only was our car fixed, but it was detailed (usually costs us $300) at Auto detailers). These are proud local folks who really care. I mean REALLY CARE. Leave your chain guys behind and go to Pignatelli's.
