Progressive labeled Gerber as their recommended shop. I have no idea how they got away with that. No I would do the opposite and warn potential customers to stay away.

Forever to complete. They actually could not fix my car and had to send it to another shop and I believe it still is not running right. The AC takes over 30 minutes to get just a little cool, I usually get to were I’m going before I even notice any comfortably cooled air is coming out. This delay in repairs doubled my rental car payment. My bumper was repaired using glue instead of buying new parts. As a result the part they fixed fell back off. I told the technician it needs to be a new part that has to be melted on and he said they would just double sided tape it on. The trim piece along the passenger windshield had to remove to take a fender off. That piece ripped off driving it on the highway and is now missing. Had to call insurance and request that someone be present when I take it back to take pictures to insure me that the repairs will be done properly when I take it back to try to repair it again.
