Kevin was absolutely wonderful. He was kind and listened to what I had concerns about. He even had the technician adjust the bumper a little bit more in a timely manner. However, the gap was still evident. I was satisfied with the experience but not with the overall repair.

The alignment of the bumper wasn't the best. There was a significant gap between some areas and tightness on others. However, the dent repair looked good.
