I just wanted to express our appreciation for the work completed at PRCW. We take pride in our vehicles and were concerned that our damaged Volvo would ever be restored to its previous condition. Our concerns were eliminated with the excellent service and care we received at PRCW. From our first interaction, we were impressed with the professionalism demonstrated by Kevin Stelzer, and the entire staff. In addition to a high-quality repair work, we were kept informed with each step of the process including seamless communication with our insurance company. And, the job was completed early, even with additional work required in refurbishing the wheels.
