The body work looks great but there were 2 problems which inconvenienced and annoyed me. One was that they forgot to enable the Drive Assist feature. The other was that the antenna was broken so I couldn’t get the car to automatically lock and unlock doors. I was forced to go back to the shop twice before it was all fixed. Gus was great though and fixed it all finally. This is why my rating isn’t a 10

They had told me my car was going to be done on Friday, I waited around at home for the call, no one called and it was done. It was Memorial Day weekend. I called on Tuesday cause I’ve still hadn’t heard from anyone. They said it had been done since Friday. They said that they cleaned it. It was filthy. They washed it on Friday then parked it under a tree for 3 days. I was not very happy about that.

Several hiccups occurred in my repair, including paint color and insurance payment. PR CoachWorks efficiently and cheerfully corrected everything. I hope it never occurs but I would definitely use them again.

Yes I was but the rental car I was handed was very dirty. Window shield I could hardly see out as it was dirty inside & out. The seats & floors needed to be vacuumed. Pine Ridge Coach Works did a good job.
