Quality was sub-par, but they did somewhat fix it. Even though I still have slight scratches in my new paint

Quick to respond to my issues...forgot to paint the mirror they replaced,scuffs on my front headlight and rear tail light lense,along with them losing my factory original key truck is a 2020 with 11k miles. They tried passing off an aftermarket key. After I got the insurance adjuster involved they ended up getting me another GM factory key.

Window is not sitting right (wobbles 1/2”), door panel comes off when you close door, door part is cracked and there is a bolt in my tire. Also car is full of sawdust, and paint on door.

The reason I gave a 9 is I didn't think it was necessary to replace so much of the rear passenger door. It seemed to me there was not that much damage to that door. Of course I am not an expert in body shop repair
