Pines Ford Lincoln is a full service new car dealership. Our collision center is Ford , F150 Aluminum, and GM Certified by Assured Performance. Soon we will also be Honda and Nissan certified. We are an I-CAR Gold Class shop and have been for the past six years. All metal technicians are I-CAR certified steel welders, and five are I-CAR certified Ford - Aluminum welders. The metal shop is equipped with four Car-O-Liner frame machines as well as two Car-O-Liner Vision Measuring stations. We have nine vehicle lifts, three estimating bays, a clean aluminum room, three Garmat downdraft spray booths, and two double prep decks that are heated. We perform most mechanical operations with our two dedicated mechanical technicians right here in our collision center. Front end alignments are also done in house, but through our service department. We offer a limited lifetime warranty on our materials and workmanship.

Pines Ford did an excellent job on the repairs to my car after an accident The repair was perfect and really quick less than a week . The staff were all very helpful and considerate. They have system to keep you informed every step of the way. Pines Ford Collision is also on my insurance list as a preferred repair shop.

I worked with Lilly who was wonderful. She explained everything I was signing, told me what steps would be taken, said she would call on Tuesday and Thursday and did, and had the car ready for under the estimate and five days ahead of schedule. It was a pleasure working with her.

El resultado del servicio estuvo por encima de mis expectativas. Sin embargo, me pareció que el tiempo que transcurrió desde que el vehículo fue dejado en sus instalaciones hasta el momento de la entrega, fue muy largo. Además, el carro quedó con una falla operativa de la ventana que fue reparada, la cual se solventó sola, aparentemente se trataba de una cuestión de ajuste que no requirió volver a llevar el carro para su revisión. En líneas generales, el servicio y el resultado de la reparación y repuestos, fue muy buena. Gracias
