Pines Ford Lincoln is a full service new car dealership. Our collision center is Ford , F150 Aluminum, and GM Certified by Assured Performance. Soon we will also be Honda and Nissan certified. We are an I-CAR Gold Class shop and have been for the past six years. All metal technicians are I-CAR certified steel welders, and five are I-CAR certified Ford - Aluminum welders. The metal shop is equipped with four Car-O-Liner frame machines as well as two Car-O-Liner Vision Measuring stations. We have nine vehicle lifts, three estimating bays, a clean aluminum room, three Garmat downdraft spray booths, and two double prep decks that are heated. We perform most mechanical operations with our two dedicated mechanical technicians right here in our collision center. Front end alignments are also done in house, but through our service department. We offer a limited lifetime warranty on our materials and workmanship.

Took a long time and the. The vehicle was not properly fixed. Had to wait an extra week and when they call it was ready , we still had to point details to them about the repairs. They really need to work on their quality control. Very disappointed.

Lily was fantastic to work with. From day one, she told me she would check in with me twice a week, and she never missed a single check-in. She was consistent, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Any frustration I had was with the insurance company—not with Pines.
