Pines Ford Lincoln is a full service new car dealership. Our collision center is Ford , F150 Aluminum, and GM Certified by Assured Performance. Soon we will also be Honda and Nissan certified. We are an I-CAR Gold Class shop and have been for the past six years. All metal technicians are I-CAR certified steel welders, and five are I-CAR certified Ford - Aluminum welders. The metal shop is equipped with four Car-O-Liner frame machines as well as two Car-O-Liner Vision Measuring stations. We have nine vehicle lifts, three estimating bays, a clean aluminum room, three Garmat downdraft spray booths, and two double prep decks that are heated. We perform most mechanical operations with our two dedicated mechanical technicians right here in our collision center. Front end alignments are also done in house, but through our service department. We offer a limited lifetime warranty on our materials and workmanship.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. no consideration from the lady who spoke to me on the phone. i just came home from hospital for c section recovery i am not able to clean or drive my car. the representative could have at least gave me a courtesy wash i told her about my surgery! what a disappointment would never ever recommend!!

It just seemed to take too long. I waited a week to take it in so that the parts would be there before I dropped it off. They had my truck for 11 days(?) Then I vhad to wait 4 more days for the last part and take it back to get the last part. When I complained about the noise coming in around the door, the service provider Took care of the issue and made it right. I am satisfied with the repair, it just seemed to take a long time for the parts. I was concerned because I had a rental and had to pay an amount out of pocket.
