The quality of repair was great but for anybody needing their car quickly, I don't know that I would recommend this shop.

The repair itself looks good! Only points I would take off would be for the cleaner that was used afterwards. It made me nauseous driving my vehicle home. Spent the weekend airing it out.

Everybody is extremely friendly but was given five different dates that kept changing every time I called in to ask when my vehicle would be ready. A more consistent schedule would be appreciated. I got the sense that they were just making guesses to placate me instead of actually seeing when it will be done.

I can't comment on the quality of the repair. I wasn't part of the disassembly/assembly or paint process. I have no idea about the 'quality' of repairs.

Physical interactions were great, but subsequent communications by phone really, really sucked. No updates on original or subsequent delays, except when I called and actually talked to a real person, which was rare. Voicemails were NEVER returned, including those to 'Derrick Sutter' (shop manager). Very, very frustrating. I will never use them again, even though they are an 'approved' Hartford body shop.
