I had never worked with Pischke before, but it was suggested through my insurance to use them and convenient for me location. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a collision repair. They called me within 24 hours of submitting the claim, scheduled at the earliest convenient for me to drop off. Figured since it was so soon it would be a couple of weeks until they could get to it. Had an update within 2 days of dropping it off with the very nice front desk gal Makayla. Letting me if parts come in on time it should be done at the end of the week! I was shocked and still in disbelief, but appreciated the update. All was finished that week and looked great!

Very satisfied! The work was great, the communication was amazing, and Mikayla had no hesitations and took the time to answer any of questions when going over the receipt before signing paperwork. You have a forever customer!
