A drivable car was brought in for repairs and we were told a 1week to get it back. Not all the parts were in yet. It took 4 weeks and a day to get our car back. Unacceptable! Then, the total price to insurance almost doubled as well. There were convoluted, questionable charges.

We were told numerous times that the missing parts were to arrive the next day. With the tracking systems in place these days this is unacceptable.

Very professional and friendly. Took almost 5 months to get on schedule but once in shop was completed ahead of schedule. So far no problems.

It took 5 months to get the scheduled date for the repair and then 4 weeks for the repairs to be complete (I was without my car for 4 weeks). I was told that there was a labor shortage. I am glad they were truthful with me as to why it took so long. I am willing to believe that my experience was an exception and not the norm. The repairs were excellent once I had my car.

First of all, I got a call a week earlier than expected that my vehicle was done. I nearly didn’t answer the call as I figured it was not them and someone trying to scam me into renewing my warranty. Secondly, my vehicle was so clean when I picked it up, I actually approached the wrong vehicle at first confused which was mine. The other vehicle wasn’t even the same kind as my jeep, but this just goes to display the amount of grim they removed from mine to make it look brand new. It even smelled fresh. I thank the fine folks at pischke for getting the dent removed from my vehicle that the overly confident opinionated guy put there without looking while he reversed in his brand new super duty pickup with a backup cam and sensors. I will be doing business here again. Thank you

My husband and I were so pleased with the incredible job done on our Jeep after his encounter with a deer. Not only was the work amazing, but it was done sooner than expected and they made the process so smooth. Hopefully we don't have to do this again, but I'd absolutely recommend Pischke!!
