The shop was very easy to work with and performed the repair quickly and professionally. Great work on their end. My only reason for not giving 10/10 is because my insurance forced them to use salvaged parts, which brought the cost down almost to my deductible - had I known, I wouldn’t have gone through my insurance and just paid out of pocket. Overall, very satisfied with the quality of their work.

PJ Auto take their work seriously. They were very professional and helpful. They apologized that they couldn’t wash my car due to freezing temperatures. Instead the owner offered to have the car washed when temp goes up to 32. He will pay. Very nice human. I would gladly use their service anytime. I am very satisfied with their excellent service 😊

Hi. My name is Candy and I’m happy to leave a comment. I have received the most courteous very efficient and excellent service at PJ Auto. They changed my bumper. It took them less than 24 hrs to do it! As it was very cold and icy that time they were not able to wash my car but the owner offered free wash when the temp gets to 32. I’d say that was really nice of them. They offer nice little gestures to make customers feel valued. I’d proudly recommend them anytime. Thank you PJ Auto!
