I picked up my car today, but did not satisfied of the work. I found welding connection point both door did not smooth as the original and dented inside the passenger front door too. Peter (who work there) explained to me, he “got them (2 doors) from Toyota and both are new, made by human. The originals made from robots”. I understand that, but human can fix it and look the same as original ones, before. He shown me my former doors and explained to me, both doors were the used ones. However, as a consumer, I will be happy, if their works look similar to the original. He promised to fix it. I will drop the car on 9/4/2024 Thank you

I recently got into an accident and was looking to take my car to one of State Farm's recommended dealers. After looking at reviews, I'm glad I went with PJ Auto Inc. I primarily spoke with Peter, and he was very personable and welcoming. He walked me through the whole process since I wasn't sure what to expect. I received up to date texts and even a few phone calls letting me know the status of the work and repairs. They also fixed a scratch I had (not related to the accident) for less than what I was quoted at other shops. The work was completed a day earlier than the time frame I was given, and they also gave my car a good wash, wipe down, and vacuum. I will definitely be returning to PJ Auto for any future work.
