Family friendly business, they will go out of there way to make sure you are taken care of! Only gave them an 8 instead of an 10 due not always giving a good an ETA, but I know this is not entirely there fault since there is a supply chain issue

Great experience with this group. My issue is not 100 % complete but they were able to fix my issue temporarily while I find the correct part to fix my handle and lock. I did not know that the previous owner had an after market handle on and it was not factory installed. Plan B still provided a fix until I am able to get the correct part

67 days without my car. Go to pick my vehicle up as I'm driving out of the shop Hood flies up in my face and the latch is broken. The owner Steve says it must be the dealership that messed that up. Anyways then noticed clips were missing off the back of the bumper. So I sat there for a hour or so waiting with my children in the vechicle so he could make my car SAFE ENOUGH to drive back to Alabama where I currently moved during this 2 month wait to get my car back. The entire 67 days my vehicle was there I never received a call from anyone from the office with updates or an estimate I requested multiple times. I choose Plan B auto body from the ratings online. More and more things i'm finding wrong with my vehicle, just very bad experience.
