I did have to return for a disconnected wiring harness, but I’m still overall satisfied. When I picked up the vehicle the second time, it was fixed but the DTC wasn’t cleared. One constructive criticism might be to always ensure small items like that are completed. The canbus DTC required a professional OBD scanner to reset, which warranted a second return. Overall, happy to do business though

Plan B is the by far the best collision repair shop I have ever used. They were so nice and knowledgeable, from our first phone call to picking up my vehicle. They finished my vehicle in one day, instead of the 3-4 days I was told. I will recommend Plan B to everyone I know.
