I wish to share that I had a fantastic experience with Goodlettsville’s Plan B Autobody. I received extraordinary repair service and paint expertise, extremely fair pricing, and exemplary customer service. Type of repair service: replacement and color-matched painting (plus subsequent clear-coating, polishing, and de-nibbing) of 2025 Subaru Forester Wilderness rear power lift gate (and replacement of its washer nozzle, rear camera, lift battery, spoiler, controller, etc. Recalibrations were also necessary and completed perfectly on this vehicle’s advanced driver assistance system rear radar sensor, occupant classification system, blind spot radar, etc. The newly installed power lift gate has perfect alignment and functionality. Its rear camera functions perfectly, as does its rear wiper, and so do all the safety sensors. The paint job and clear-coating are flawless. If I hadn’t known the rear hatch had been replaced, there is no way I’d have been able to tell. It looks better than it did originally. Their work is THAT good. Pricing: pricing was more than fair. I paid cash, as the damage was my own fault. Within a matter of minutes, Steve prepared a complete estimated bill statement, explaining all its details. Everything was clearly delineated - both the time necessary to complete each task, and the price of each replacement part and required service. Plan B Autobody used original replacement parts (no junkyard parts). As far as customer service: WOW!!! Owner Steve Fishe obviously takes pride in his work and in his business. As do the craftspeople who work there. It shows. True professionals, every one of them. And I mean above and beyond personal customer service. I took my car in for an evaluation appointment on Monday afternoon, June 2, 2025… they accepted the car, and ordered repair parts THAT DAY. They completed all the work, detailed the car, and it was ready for pickup by Thursday noon, June 5, 2025 - that same week. And on the Monday afternoon that I turned my vehicle in, when I inquired about getting a rental car, Steve handed me the keys to his own personal car, and said, “Here. Use mine”. HE GAVE ME HIS OWN PERSONAL CAR! HIS car! I didn’t have to pay for a rental car because of his kindness. I promise you, that degree of kindness and personal service has never happened to me before in my entire life. Also, when I picked up my Forester, Steve cut a check for me - he’d overestimated my bill (because one of the advanced driver assistance system’s recalibrations proved unnecessary). So I left with a brand spanking new vehicle, plus a check to boot! You can’t beat that! I really admire Steve’s honesty and integrity. I should also mention, Steve informed me that Plan B Autobody gives a lifetime warranty on its repairs and paint jobs. So in my opinion, you can’t beat Plan B Autobody’s quality work and customer service. I give both Plan B Autobody and owner Steve Fishe 10 out of 5 stars - each!!! Chuck
