I was pleased from beginning to end. Amanda did an excellent job battling it out with my insurance company. She really went out of her way to get the most out of them possible. Their work is top notch, my vehicle looks better than it did before they touched it. I would definitely recommend Plan B to anyone in need of body work.

PlanB went the 'extra mile' to help us quiet the flopping noise underneath the car. Although we had been told by other mechanics that the problem had been corrected, we continued to hear and feel the underbody panel flopping. It took a few evaluations to find the source of the problem, but they never hesitated to have me bring the car by for them to look at it. Once the source was found, the parts were ordered and quickly installed just in time for a planned weekend getaway. We did NOT want to travel with the panel insecure. The lobby was very clean unlike other autobody shops I've been to. The customer service staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend PlanB autobody to anyone!

Plan B was able to work effectively with my auto insurance coverage and restored everything to like-new condition with OEM parts. I was also very impressed with the detailing done on the inside before my car was returned!
