Our vehicle took over a month to be repaired. Well over the estimated time they estimated. Then when we picked up our vehicle, we noticed when we got home that the tire that was damaged was not replaced even though a new tire was charged to our insurance company. So now that I know how shady this place is, I took a look at the rest of the vehicle to ensure everything else was repaired. That's when I noticed chipped paint on the corner of the front passenger door. This had to been due to the accident as well as I've never seen it before. I brought both of these issues up with Planet Ford and had to take the vehicle back to get the new tire put on and pictures for the resubmission for the repair to the insurance company. Needless to say, this will be the last time I utilize this company for repairs.

The promise date was missed twice, the first time the day before the date I was called and notified and the second time it was the day of (because someone put the wrong part in and it had to be ordered to be installed the following week.) When I got the van back the windshield wiper reservoir that was apparently replaced was completely empty (so how does anyone know if it works) and the tire pressure light was on (the quick lane told me it would be $130 to find out why it was on so I went to Discount Tire and had it diagnosed and fixed for free.) the side door is rattling a lot, I guess it got knocked out of balance from the accident, and I can no longer plug the trailer into hookups because the bumper is now dented in where the plugs go. But I’m afraid to return it for repairs and be stuck for weeks without a vehicle again. :(

My choice was eight because of my issue of the missing Jack handle and Ford not repairing or painting The Rim that was damaged from the car being stolen. Other than that I was satisfied.
