Very professional AND personable service from the very start. Excellent timely service even though it was a holiday weekend. My car was ready at the estimated time AND I was kept abreast of the work via text. My " Baby Girl" was even washed and sparkling clean...down to the tires! "White Glove Platinum" service!! Kudos to Michael Newbrough and the Platinum Team. Top Shelf!!

Your repair cost is extremely high. If I didn't have full-coverage insurance, wouldn't have been able to pay $5,000.00 for the tire rim repair.

Service was ok, my key 🔑 was broken between the process of towing and Platinum machine shop. It cost me $234.00 in addition to $1,000.00 deducted able amount. The Allstate is not covering the key replacement cost because they are saying it accoured after the accident. It is totally absurd.
