Our goal is to provide high quality repairs to all our customer and ensure we provide a high level of communication throughout the repair process. We are an FCA Certified Collision Repair Facility, Hyundai Recognized Collision Repair Center, Nissan Certified Collision Center, GM Certified Collision Center, Infiniti Certified Collision Center, and Kia Certified Collision Repair Center. Dealing with the insurance company and the car rental company was honestly one of the most frustrating parts of the entire process. It was stressful and definitely not a pleasant experience. The one bright spot throughout everything was working with Superior. From day one, everyone at Superior was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They kept me informed every step of the way, and I never had to wonder what was happening with my vehicle. I especially appreciated the consistent communication throughout the entire process, it made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. When I got my car back, the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. It looked fantastic, and I could tell they took pride in what they do. Excellent customer service and excellent workmanship are hard to find these days, and Superior delivered both. I would absolutely recommend Superior to anyone needing collision repair or auto body work. They turned an otherwise frustrating experience into a positive one.
