Shop decided not to cover scratches on wheel which happen on crash. Last time i had it repaired they received 80 to 100 dollars for same problem and all they did was use a grinder to remove scratches. You would think the insurance adjuster at this dealership would get you a replacement wheel. Lessoned learned next time wheel should be replaced. Also i mentioned leak from window from previous repair which was told its covered for lifetime, they didnt even look at it. The heating n airconditioner broke the same day as crash and they told me this wasnt caused by accident. They never even looked at it. I know this was caused by the accident because car was driven to work the same day and it was not working. I looked at it myself n found blend door to be broken. This happens because of poor quality design of the door usually but sometimes it happens from a vibration from a crash on dash. The funny part about it is this dealership just decided it was not something they didnt even want to look at. Wow You would think that your car is covered by your insurance but they always seem to get out of it. 940 dollars a year you would think they could at lesdt pay part of the repair. Dont blame the dealership 100% but they are a preferred dealer for my insurance so they didnt take care of things like they should. I know for sure on my other car if wheel is scratched in a crash it will be replaced or i will go to another dealership. The wheels cost 300 to 500 each A 100% satisfied customer will return everytime when treated with respect.
