The car was turned back to us very well cleaned. It was really appreciated. I’m not sure if the cleaning came as part of the body shop repair or the oil change, either way they did a great job.

Repair took longer and I received no updates I go called 3 hours before closing. I was at work and had to rush to return rental car so I wasn’t charged.

They did a great job fixing the dents. My only complaint is that they polished all the panels that they repair was done on and now you can tell a difference in the paint color between the repaired panels and my driver side front and rear door which were they only two spots on the truck that weren’t repaired

When I schedule something for a certain date, I assume that they’re going to start working on my vehicle that day not inconvenience me for 2 1/2 weeks.

Our car was scheduled to go in on August 25. That’s the day we dropped it off however they did not start working on our car until over two weeks after that date. I don’t understand how someone cannot schedule appropriately.
