I would recommend Poage, but also explain my customer service experiences have been underwhelming. The repairs are done well. So the most important part of the process is trustworthy.

The repairs were completed timely and in good order. The only “issue” and reason for 8/10 is that when I dropped the car off I verbally requested a quote on a replacement windshield. My hope was to have this done during the repair timeframe so I was not out of a vehicle for another repair window. The tech agreed to get a quote and call to confirm I wanted the replacement complete. Unfortunately, this was never done and when brought to their attention upon receiving a call that my car was ready I was told that it was never written down therefore it was missed. The customer experience I’ve had during my time of ownership of this vehicle, using Poage for all major repair/maintenance, has been under whelming to say the least.

Poage was very professional and quickly repaired the damage to my truck. Only a slight issue with the alignment of my headlight. They fixed the alignment in minutes.
