The care looked great! However, the tire icon was on and did not go off. It turned out, when new tires were put on in the front, the sensor for one of the tires was not reset. I took the car to Toyota to have fixed because I needed transportation. My extra car had been returned to the owner.

Good job -- Didn't give them the go ahead to fix every scratch and ding but what they did under difficult and misleading circumstances was very good -- the test will be the staying power of the repairs.

Good repair, but bad communication and they scratched my car. Also, they disconnected my baby’s car seat and put it back unattached without telling me, so I drove around with my baby not attached to the car for a day before I realized they undid the anchor points. I wish I would have known so I could reattach them before driving with my child in the car.

Took six months to take my car in, took another three to get it back and they give it to me with a dead battery and tell me that’s normal. No, now I’m on the side of the road after ONE DAY and you can go f**k yourselves.
