Autocrafters Collision was wonderful to work with. Everyone was kind and polite, and my car was repaired quickly. Shelby was very helpful in working with us and with the insurance company. I would recommend them and would go to them again, if needed.

Never going back to Auto Crafters and telling everyone we know what a horrible experience we had.

Constantly gave us excuses about why the car was not repaired. We had to stand in the bay and watch them finish putting the car back together 7:00 pm at night. We called and told them at 9:00 am that we needed the car since we had to return the rental car that day.

Customer service was the worst experience ever. They lied over and over saying the car would be ready on November 30 then kept changing the date.

Did a good job on bumper. The only thing car was dead and had to have it started and then when I went to work it would not start again. Had to replace battery.

Autocrafters Collision did a wonderful job repairing our car after hail damage. They did an amazing job with a quick turn around time. Another repair shop stated they could not work on our car with hail damage until November! We plan to always return to Autocrafters Collision when needed.

I like the work that was performed however I felt like it just took to long. About a month it took to get my car back, and I don't know if it was my insurance or just because they where so busy. I can see where the rubber under the hood doesn't quite line up perfect and there's a blemish on the front bumper. It looks like the plastic on the rounded corner got shaved by a box cutter and then painted over. The bumper doesn't have a real smooth feel like the rest of the car.
