Sam at the front desk was very friendly, helpful, and answered any questions I had about the process. We found one minor ding that hadn’t been fixed, and James was kind enough to come back to work (we came late on a Friday) to fix the one dent. Of course there are people I don’t know the name of that contributed to the experience and I thank them. I would highly recommend autocrafters!

I was very happy with my experience with Autocrafters. Sam communicated well in the office. James was kind enough to come back to pop out one small dent that was missed. Plus my truck was detailed when I got it back. I would highly recommend this shop!

I had to bring my car into Autocrafters for hail damage. Samantha and Meredith were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Meredith explained in-depth the process of how to fix cars with hail damage so I knew my car was in good hands. Samantha was very knowledgeable and helped me understand pricing. My vehicle was done before the allotted timeframe and my 2012 Toyota Camry looks amazing! Meredith also went above and beyond to get me quote for an out of pocket repair. Both of these women provided great customer service and I would highly recommend them for your next car repair!

The hail repair was done ahead of schedule and the ladies Samantha and Meredith were so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They also vacuumed my vehicle and gave me a personal quote on another repair that my insurance won’t cover which is do affordable. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends! From conversation on the phone, drop off, estimate, and completion it was a breeze! Im very impressed that AC saved parts that they could, including buffing lights, and only replaced what was necessary. This definitely saved me money, but I hope it saved them time and energy as well. Overall, completely satisfied!

Ive used several different Bodyshops over the years, and most of them have all been some what the same with the initial paperwork type stuff and getting the vehicle scheduled for repairs. Where I see a distinct difference in the actual body work and paint. Do youknow how hard it is to get the white paints correct. I see it all the time when im driving down the road. You see someones door or quarter panel that is a slightly different color and sometimes you can only see it in different sunlight and angles. At Haywood Autocrafters, they know what they are doing in the paint department for sure! Also I went ahead and decided since I had my truck in there to get some other things fixed through a second claim and just out of pocket. They where extremely fair with the additional out of pocket pricing and actually helped me out a little on a few things. I will hands down bring my vehicles and all my famlies vehicles to your body shop! Thanks
