Unbelievable customer service, from the first conversation, they were incredibly understanding, explaining the entire process, taking care of every detail, keeping us updated the whole time with text, and phone calls, the manager hugo was unbelievable, just always making sure we were 1000% satisfied, again, he made a really bad situation, into a great experience, very grateful to everyone involved, thank you so much, will never go anywhere else.

They did a great job on the door fixing, paint job and they cleaned the car extensively. One small issue came up but they were very accommodating in making it right :). Overall happy with this business !

Hugo is a true asset to the company! What a great person, awesome follow up and response. Felt like he had a whole team backing him up. Hard to find someone to fix aluminum. He was confident and it turned out awesome. Hard to find a great collision shop, but this is definitely one of the best I’d say. Trust them!
