First. Raven the receptionist was so nice and made me feel welcome. Hugo the manager was also friendly and professional. He planned my repair to have the paint work on the part done so it could jump st be installed. The paint man, not sure but think his name was Mike, explained how he matched the paint. Hugo kept me informed of the repair progress and any changes to the work process that became necessary. My car was done in about a day and a half which was great. The pricing changes were reasonable. This is the second time Pole Position fixed my Mazda and I cannot think of anywhere else I would go.
