After my accident, dealing with the at-fault driver’s insurance company was a headache, but once I chose Porcelli’s Auto Center for the repairs, everything turned around. Their team was extremely professional, and informative, especially in explaining my rights to have my vehicle repaired at the shop of my choice and keeping me updated throughout the repair process. The rental company they work with was also great, they also ended up helping me with the difficult insurance company and made sure everything was covered. I just can’t stress enough how helpful and seamless the process was thanks to Porcelli’s! When I got my car back, it looked absolutely amazing—inside and out. Honestly, it looks better now than before the accident! I’m so glad I chose Porcelli’s. If you want quality work, clear communication, and people who truly care, I highly recommend this shop!
