You guys did a beautiful job as usual, Joe keeps staring at it and wants to know how you made it so shiny and plans to continue the clean you committed to the interior, he just needs a day that’s not unbearable. You guys always deliver excellence, which is why I’ll be back in September with the Kona, which will be the third time you’ve had to repair her. And since all three times we’re not my doing, do you think while you’re making her beautiful, could remove the target that seems to be on her? See you next month.

The communication and delays were horrible. I was told they would have my vehicle for 6-7 days and ultimately had it for 2 weeks. 11, Business days. I never once was told an update unless I called. Additionally there wasn’t any surprises and it was still delayed. This was after post pining my repair an entire month.
