Juan, John and the entire Portside team did an absolutely amazing job repairing my Tesla. Excellent communication throughout the process from initial call to pickup. They make sure that you, the customer, are in the driver’s seat when it comes to options and decisions with respect to how to process the claim and try to save you money where possible/permissible with your insurance company.
