⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I couldn’t be happier with the care my car received while I was working out of state. The team at Powerline Auto Repair really went above and beyond — I never felt any pressure to pick up my car by a certain date, and they handled everything smoothly with my USAA insurance claim. They completely repaired the entire left side of my car and matched the red wine paint perfectly — it honestly looks brand new, just like the day I got it! Even when I was running late dropping it off because of NYC rush hour, the staff stayed past closing time to wait for me, which meant a lot. I also had the chance to meet the owner, who took the time to share some extra knowledge about my car that I didn’t even know — really appreciated that. When I came to pick it up, my car was freshly washed and ready for a clean drive back home. The whole process was super fast, I got daily updates, and the communication was great from start to finish. Now I’ve got the perfect excuse to come back and fix the rest of my car — the scratches, dents, and finish up the paint.
