Body molding on rear door must’ve been reused. Both ends are bent away from the door and no adhesive used for first inch on either side

No communication. Was told to drop off Thursday evening so they could start working on it Friday. First update was Wednesday saying they started working on it. Was supposed to be finished Friday but did not receive any updates. When I called at 4:45 Friday I was told it wouldn’t be ready till the next Tuesday. I was out of a vehicle for 12 days total for an easy repair. Being someone who works out of their truck and having a lot of my tools still in the truck it bacame a major inconvenience when it took so much longer than they told me.
