I wasn't able initially to get a hold of anybody to confirm my appointment that I had made in March, was still on the books for December, and the exact date. Thankfully a friend of mine was going in to pick up one of his work trucks and was able to confirm on my behalf. But prior to that I wasn't even sure if I still was on the books and had been scrambling to see if I could find another place. Once I knew I was good to go, everything was smooth sailing from there and everyone that I talked to was extremely helpful. It was just that initial hiccup that had me running around in circles for a little bit and stressed me out greatly.

The Body Shop took care of my 2020 Convertible Camaro with a large rock chip in the hood. They scheduled it and the work performed was excellent. They made sure I had the car back timely. If I need body work done. They would be my first choice.
