My car was damaged while it was in the care of your shop and no one thought it was wise to tell me about this until my wife inquired as to why it was taking so long to repair. This should not have happened like this- you make a mistake and something gets broken, fine. You don't hide the fact and not tell the owner. That's not the way to handle a situation like that.
