I definitely would not recommend the rep/technician I dealt with.

Tech support was not communicative as to the progress and when the vehicle will be ready, even after I had requested a follow up call. Also, driver side is not properly aligned, when the window was reinstalled after the molding replacement. There is noise coming through and requires adjustments.

Vehicle took a full 4 days versus 3 days as was stated during the quote.

Everything looks great, and they did the work quickly. The only thing I noticed yesterday was how it was connected and wrapped into the interior of the card. It’s not very clean and is noticeable that there was a repair.

I want to thank the personnel who handled my repair. This was my first accident in all of my driving experience. I was unsure of how things would end up. I want to thank Scott who handled my situation professionally and returned my vehicle in a pristine condition.
