Precision body shop has been professional and efficient. It is the Enterprise rental car so disappointing.

Precision body shop customer service was great. To be fair, Enterprise rental car picked me up and set me up with the rental car were efficient and professional. However the way the final charge was handled has left a bad taste in my mouth. I did have good experience with enterprise in the past, but this time was very disappointing.
