I can't say enough nice things about my experience with Precision Auto Works, especially with Jonathan. I felt like he truly cared about me as a person, not just another work order coming in. He was empathetic to my situation, helping to work around my unpredictable schedule. I never felt pressured or rushed to make any decision. He was also patient and courteous in explaing all the paperwork.

The staff at precision auto Works were excellent. They provided continuous communication and updates regarding the repair of my car, they were easily accessible over the phone if I had any questions, and my car looks great! The repairs took longer than anticipated however it's understandable given the need to wait for parts that were ordered. I would definitely recommend precision auto Works in the future, thanks so much!
