Quality of work was good - which for me is the most important thing. However, I have a 2nd vehicle, so the impact of the repairs taking longer were less critical than if thus was my only vehicle.

Work performed was very good. Communication could have been better. The initial expectation was the car would be in the shop for 2 weeks, but it ended up there for 3 weeks +. We would have appreciated updates along the way that would have let us know the repairs were going to take longer.

I had a front bumper paint matched and installed, and the final result was better than expected! I’ll 100% recommend precision to anyone needed paint repairs. Totally did not do as intended spent $500 For no reason . Brought the car in to have the sensors looked at and you company disassembled the whole front end and had 10.5k in repairs ? Never even looked at the sensors ? I should have read the reviews before committing to your company . My bad...
